🎵 Emotional Organ and Piano Concert
with the duo Nicola Pontara & Danilo Valentini
📍 Church of Celledizzo
📅 Sunday, December 22, 9:00 p.m.
An evening of great musical intensity awaits you in the evocative setting of the Church of Celledizzo, where two extraordinary artists — Nicola Pontara and Danilo Valentini — will perform in a refined dialogue between organ and piano.
An internationally acclaimed pianist, Danilo Valentini serves as Prompter (Maestro Suggeritore) at the Berlin State Opera. After completing his studies at the Conservatorio “Bonporti” in Trento and in foreign languages at the Catholic University of Milan, he embarked on a brilliant artistic career across major European theaters — from Berlin to Vienna, Leipzig, and Karlsruhe — collaborating as a musical assistant and conductor with prestigious ensembles, including the Bulgarian Radio Orchestra in Sofia and the Académie des Essarts in Saint-Malo, France.
A young talent from Trentino, born in 2000, Nicola Pontara began his studies at the Celestino Eccher Music School and later graduated from the “Claudio Monteverdi” Conservatory in Bolzano, earning his Master’s degree in piano performance in 2024 under the guidance of Prof. Giorgia Alessandra Brustia. Winner of numerous national and international competitions, he has performed in major festivals throughout Italy and abroad.
He is currently pursuing studies in organ performance with Maestro Adriano Falcioni, while cultivating a deep passion for rock, blues, and jazz, which he explores under the guidance of New York pianist Glenn Zaleski.
