The ancient oven of Casa Grazioli in Strombiano is lit again for the baking of the traditional 'paneti de segala' (rye loaves). The scent of bread, crafted by skilled hands, fills the air of the house once more. Visitors can observe the phases of preparation, processing, and baking of the bread: an unmissable dive into the past. Following this, in the small square, freshly baked bread and PIZZA are distributed.
