Visit to the Casanova farm with product tastings.
WHO WE ARE
The Casanova farm is located at the foot of the Ortles-Cevedale group, the pastures where their cows feed go almost as far as the glaciers. Their animals feed exclusively on fresh mountain grass and consequently the cheese that you will find for sale here is of the highest quality.
Their company is family-run: Riccardo, Francesca, Dario, Jessica and little Roberto have a strong passion for farming and the mountains.
The sale of their products takes place in a cave dug into the mountain where the cured meats and cheeses are also aged.
At the farm it is also possible to taste their typical products.
