Casanova Agritourism is located at the foot of the majestic Ortles-Cevedale mountain range, with pastures that extend almost to the glaciers. Here, the cows feed exclusively on fresh mountain grass, ensuring the production of the highest quality cheeses. The farm is family-run: Riccardo, Francesca, Dario, Jessica, and little Roberto share a deep passion for farming and the mountains.
Their products are sold in a cave carved into the mountain, where the curing of cold cuts and cheeses also takes place. At the Agricultural Company, it is possible to participate in tastings of typical products for a unique experience in contact with nature.
