WHAT TO EXPECT /ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The experience will lead you into the discovery of the scents, colours, shapes, textures and properties of the mountain’s most important medicinal plants. You will feel the beneficial power of simple wellness and sensory stimulation practices, including breathing, meditation and barefoot walking. You will live a relaxing and regenerating experience and take back with you ancient wisdom that will support your everyday life.
INTERESTING FACTS
The experience will take place in the Peio nursery, inside the Stelvio National Park. Olga Casanova Farms also cultivate medicinal flowers and plants in their other two bio-certified nurseries: in Fazzon, along the road to Caprioli Lake, and in Valpiana (Ossana).
WHO ARE WE
As an aesthetician, I’ve been involved in the enhancement of personal well-being for years. At some point, I realised that there were no products in the market respectful of both the body and the environment and this opened in me the desire to create products based on natural ingredients. With my husband’s and brother’s support, I made a big change and decided to grow my own mountain flowers - edelweiss, arnica, calendula and medicinal plants - to use in the production of my own cosmetic products. Today, our bio-certified production goes from sowing to drying and we make sure that throughout every stage of the process we are aligned with our North Star: being respectful of the natural environment.
Now I’m helping people enhance their well-being with a 360-degree approach that nurtures my clients’ body and spirit and I do it with passion, dedication and commitment.
